What do you know about HDPE bottles?

Most HDPE bottles are made of PE, a resin material obtained by polymerizing ethylene. PE has no smell and feels a bit like wax. It can be stored at low temperature for a long time (the temperature is between minus 100 and minus 70° Celsius), and it is very stable and can not be corroded by some things with strong acid and alkali.. If it has normal temperature, it will not be mixed with ordinary solvents, and it will not absorb much water and conduct no electricity. What are the advantages of spray blow molding for HDPE bottles?

The advantage of the spray blowing process for HDPE bottles is that no useless waste is left behind when manufacturing HDPE bottles for medical purposes. The HDPE bottle is present once during the molding process and does not need to be processed again. This greatly saves production costs and reduces labor costs. In addition, the spray blow molding process in controlling the thickness of the bottle wall is more precise than other processes, and the quality of the HDPE bottle produced is highly guaranteed.

What are the raw material properties of HDPE bottle?

The HDPE bottle used in HDPE is a kind of high crystalline, nonpolar thermoplastic resin. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white and translucent in a thin cut. PE has excellent resistance to most living and industrial chemical properties of the product. Certain types of chemicals are chemically aggressive, such as corrosive oxidizers (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (tetrachlorocarbon). The polymer is not hygroscopic and has good water resistance vapor properties, can be used for packaging purposes. HDPE has good electrical properties, especially high dielectric strength, making it very suitable for wires and cables. Grades with medium to high molecular weight have excellent impact resistance.

What is the production process of HDPE bottle?

In the injection molding of HDPE bottles, the mold used to mold the plastic bottle body includes a male mold and a female mold. The plastic melt is injected into the mold cavity by the injection molding machine under high pressure. When the mold cavity is opened, the male mold must be removed from the female mold to eject the bottle body. In extrusion blow molding of HDPE bottles, an extruder head is used to mold the preform. Blow mold: It is mainly composed of two half female molds, generally no male mold is needed, and the preform is inflated with injected compressed air.
